The stats in this survey indicate the importance of providing leadership training for the millennial workforce. Unlike older generations, these highly educated and ambitious employees are not going to sit around waiting for what they want in a career. If it is not being provided, they are not afraid to move on and find what they are looking for.
The stat of 40% is bad enough, however, according to this survey, this stat is going up to 64% by 2020. I would suggest this is not just Filipino millennials. Leadership training is important globally to this demographic. Companies that do not provide ongoing learning and development for their employees are going to be left behind.
