It’s Vital to Develop Entrepreneurial Thinking for Success in The 21st Century -

It’s been stated that over 65% of the work that will be done by today’s youth, hasn’t been invented yet. To some this will look like a negative, something that can’t be avoided, leaving no possibilities. For others it is a time of excitement, creation and possibility! Those that have developed entrepreneurial thinking will be excited and see huge possibilities for the future.

Robotics are going to be replacing a lot of work that is typically done by students.  CLICK TO TWEET

I recently read about a big food chain that is talking about replacing their workers with robots. These workers have typically been students, saving for their education.

This brings up the need to educate students to develop entrepreneurial thinking…so they learn to be the “creators” of their work…not the victims of underemployment.

Is is ok to sit back, and “hope” this doesn’t affect youth, or, wait for someone to create some new type of work they can do? There are two types of people in the world. Those that are given a vision, and then live in fear of it becoming a negative reality…. and those that have that same vision and can see problems before they occur, and as a result, go to work to create a solution.

Anyone reading this article, has the option of which category they choose to fall into.

Those that create solutions are visionary leaders the world needs to move forward, and ANYONE can make a choice to align themselves with others that have this type of mindset.

When you have developed the mindset of an entrepreneur, you are able to see opportunity when it is presented.  CLICK TO TWEET

You are not afraid to make bold decisions, and take action. This is one of the major differences between an employee mindset and the mindset of an entrepreneur, and it CAN be learned. Our world is changing, and it is changing fast. Those that develop their entrepreneurial thinking will give themselves an edge to create success in the 21st century! Contact me (details below) if you would like to learn how.
